Leveraged Group was created from a personal experience with a major tax challenge. Our founder was facing a $350,000 tax bill and refused to pay it by wiping out liquidity — the very liquidity that fueled his businesses and his bankability.
Through research and strategic partnerships, he identified multiple bankable infrastructure investments where leverage and depreciation could be combined to address the tax problem, preserve cash, and maintain the bankability of his entities.
That experience became the foundation for Leveraged Group: helping other high-income earners explore infrastructure investment and lending solutions engineered to reduce tax pressure while protecting the liquidity they've worked to build.
